NAME:JC-CT02 Oil Filled Sensor (Vacuum: 0~35KPa, Negative pressure: 0~-100KPa)

JC-CT02 piezoresistive oil filled sensor encapsulates the diffusion silicon pressure sensitive chip into the 316L stainless steel casing, and the applied pressure is transmitted to the sensitive chip through the stainless steel diaphragm and the inner sealed silicone oil.

JC-CT02 Oil Filled Sensor Introduction:

JC-CT02 piezoresistive oil filled sensor encapsulates the diffusion silicon pressure sensitive chip into the 316L stainless steel casing, and the applied pressure is transmitted to the sensitive chip through the stainless steel diaphragm and the inner sealed silicone oil. The sensitive chip does not directly contact the measured medium to form an all-solid structure of pressure measurement. Therefore, the pressure sensor can be applied to various occasions. The oil filled pressure sensor has a small range medium compatibility of at least 7KPa, and the vacuum measurement range is comprehensive.

Note:
1. Least squares fitting straight line
2. Compared with the output of 25 °C in the compensation temperature range
3. Can be used for down-range, and the amplitude is controlled within ±50%FS.
4. The maximum pressure of the system should be less than the overload protection limit of the sensor, otherwise it will affect the service life of  the product and damage the product.
5. The commonly used compensation method for products is 1.5mA constant current compensation.
6. Do not force to pull the pins or the leads of sensitive components.
7. Protect the isolation diaphragm at the front end of the pressure sensitive component to prevent the impact of the pressure sensitive component from damaging the sensitive component.
