NAME:JC-CG01 Oil Filled Sensor (0~17kPa…100kPa…7MPa)

JC-CG01 oil filled sensor is packaged in a high-sensitivity silicon piezoresistive chip. The external pressure is transmitted to the sensitive components through 316L stainless steel diaphragm and internal filling silicone oil. It can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316L stainless steel. The oil filled sensor is O-ring side piston seal for easy installation.

Introduction

JC-CG01 oil filled sensor is packaged in a high-sensitivity silicon piezoresistive chip. The external pressure is transmitted to the sensitive components through 316L stainless steel diaphragm and internal filling silicone oil. It can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316L stainless steel. The oil filled sensor is O-ring side piston seal for easy installation.

Note:
1. Least squares fitting straight line
2. Compared with the output of 25 °C in the compensation temperature range
3. Can be used for over-range or down-range, and the amplitude is controlled within±50%FS.
4. The maximum pressure of the system should be less than the overload protection limit of the sensor, otherwise it will affect the service life of the product and damage the product.
5. The commonly used compensation method for products is 1.5mA constant current compensation.
6. Do not force to pull the pins or the leads of sensitive components.
7. Protect the isolation diaphragm at the front end of the pressure sensitive component to prevent the impact of the pressure sensitive component from damaging the sensitive component.
